It’s finally here, GIF support for Social Marketing! GIFs are perfect for social marketing and are a great tool to have in in your social media arsenal. Their popular and let you connect with the latest online trends. Using GIFs also gives your social media profiles more personality by injecting humor and edge to posts.
Our Social Marketing composer now includes GIF options. You can now boost your post’s engagement by attaching your own GIF or selecting one from the GIF library.
How it Works
There are two options for how to add a GIF to posts:
- Upload your own GIF:
- Open the post composer in Social Marketing
- Select the Media section
- Click the Choose an image or video to upload button
- Pick the file and press the Open button
- Select from the GIF library:
- Open the post composer in Social Marketing
- Select the Media section
- Click the GIFs tab
- Choose from the top options or use the search bar to find the right GIF
- Select the GIF you want
*GIF support is still not available for the following social media platforms: Linkedin, Google My Business, and Instagram.
