We’ve added a new exciting feature to the Calendars page, the Appointment Modal! You can now access your appointment details and make quick actions to your appointment all from the Calendar page. Before the Appointment Modal there were a few steps between your appointment details and quick actions but now everything is in one convenient location.

The Appointment Modal is user intuitive and will save you time in managing your appointments. The Appointment modal gives you access to the following:

• Appointment Details: Information about the appointment
  • Date
  • Time
  • Contact
  • Location
  • Connected Calendar
  • Appointment Owner
  • Source
  • Booked By
• Status: A dropdown field that allows you to to change the status of the appointment
• Edit: A button that sends you to another section to make edits to the appointment
• Activity Log: A detailed activity log that lists all of the changes made to an appointment since it’s creation.
• Activity Log Filters: Filters that allow you to filter the Activity Log by date and/or action
