    Overview of Xtreme Websites’ General Terms of Use, including content ownership, payment terms, liability limits, third-party content, data handling, user rights, and legal conditions governing site and service use.
    This was our original, generic service agreement established during the early stages of our agency. It provided a basic legal foundation for web design and marketing services but was designed for a smaller operational scale. As our company grew and our managed ecosystem became more sophisticated, this version was retired to make way for more robust protections regarding our proprietary technology and complex data requirements.

This version was retired and updated to include a broader range of newly registered trademarks, proprietary software names, and specialized service marks that reflect our current brand growth and expanded intellectual property ecosystem.
