Video Production Terms
We will always do our best to fulfill your needs and meet your goals, but sometimes it is best to have a few simple things written down so that we both know what is what, who should do what, and what happens if stuff goes wrong. In this contract/agreement you won’t find complicated legal terms or large passages of unreadable text. We have no desire to trick you into signing/agreeing on something that you might later regret. We do want what’s best for the safety of both parties, now and in the future.
All Video Production orders placed with Extreme Websites, LLC (“Xtreme”) are bound by the Terms & Conditions listed below:
Before Producing the Video

- Xtreme cannot start work on your video unless you complete the initial Onboarding Form. Video production is governed by the information provided on this form.
- Scriptwriting will be produced from the initial instructions provided on Onboarding Form. Our content writers will optimize/customize the script based on client instructions. This optimization seeks to seamlessly integrate provided content into the video script depending on the length and outcome required.

- Client can provide additional instructions on the onboarding form, including but not limited to special requests, links to related videos, links to related media, etc. The video producer will take this into account when producing the video.

- Xtreme will send client the Final Script for review before continuing with the rest of the video production. Client will be able to make any corrections necessary in order to get to the final version. Once final script is approved, it cannot be changed.
- Client will receive the first draft of the video 4-5 business days after the approval of the script.
- Client has Up to 2 business days to request any changes or revisions (“revision time”) per revision round. There are 2 revision rounds included in the scope of work. Unlimited revisions per round are allowed. Future revision requests will be billed at our “Creative Content” rate of $100/hr.

Changelog Summary: Focused strictly on video deliverables with a heavy emphasis on client-provided media and storyboard approval. The scope was limited to video editing and motion graphics, utilizing a traditional production workflow without the integration of Brand Crawl data or broader branding categories like graphic design and content writing.
