Revisions and finals generally take 2 business days however they can be delivered in 1-3 business days depending on the revision being requested. Some revisions are less time consuming then others.
How will design changes be handled?
Design changes are handled by reviewing the initial concepts and providing feedback. We encourage you to provide detailed instructions on your design intake form to minimize revisions. Unlimited revisions are included until the design meets your satisfaction, ensuring it aligns with your brand’s vision and objectives.
Do you provide any content needed?
We do not supply content for your design projects. It is essential that we receive detailed design instructions from you to begin the process. The more precise and comprehensive these instructions are, the more efficiently we can deliver your final design. During the ordering process, you will be prompted to complete a design intake form, where you can specify your instructions and include any relevant images. If your design is part of a broader website or marketing initiative, your project manager will assist you further.
