All promo videos come with a professional voiceover or narration included (unless it is not required). You will have the option of choosing a male or female voice and the type of voice needed (normal, excited, slow, fast, etc.). The voiceover will start once you have approved the script created.

If you choose the Video Ad, you will be asked a series of questions about your business and we will create a script based on your answers. Please see our portfolio to see what format we use.

If you choose the Promo or Explainer Video, you will be asked to provide an initial idea of how you want the script or storyline to flow. Our experts copy writers will take your idea and convert into an amazing script that will be the foundation of your new video.

You will have direct communication with our video production team through your client area.

Adding your own pictures is always the best idea, however we can also add some related royalty free pictures if you need it.

Promo Videos usually take between 1 to 3 weeks depending on the length of the video (30,60,90 seconds), type of video (animation vs. motion graphics) and the amount of revisions required.

You can request unlimited # of changes, however each package has a certain number of Revision Cycles. In average, 90%+ of our clients complete their desired result within the revision cycles provided, however if you need more, every extra revision cycle costs an additional $50.

You paid for it, you own it. You can use it for any marketing purpose and platform like online, tv, radio and more.

Yes and No. You can upgrade your package as long as the voiceover hasn’t started. However if you foresee your video being a bit longer than the package chosen, you can purchase additional video production time anytime. (Ex: Extra 15 secs, 30 secs, 45 secs, etc)

The package provides you with the original .mp4 file so you can upload this video to any free Online Video Platform like YouTube or Vimeo, however (if requested) we can upload it to our YouTube Channel and provide you with a link and embed code so you can start using it immediately. The video title, description, and keywords will be optimized using the best SEO practices so your video is easily found online. This addon has a one time cost of $50.
