• Offer multiple denominations with per-denomination inventory
• Apply automatic taxes using a dedicated gift card tax category
• Preview your gift card before publishing
• Edit, archive, or deactivate products at any time

Sell gift cards through multiple channels

Every gift card product automatically gets its own checkout page — in both test and live modes. You can sell through:

• A dedicated checkout link unique to each gift card product
• Embed code to drop the checkout directly into any website page
• QR codes for in-store displays, print campaigns, or app sharing
• Existing checkouts by adding the gift card as a product to Funnels, Forms, Payment Links, Invoices, Store, Calendar Payments, and Websites

At checkout, customers choose their denomination, select whether it’s for themselves or someone else, pick immediate or scheduled delivery, and complete payment. When buying for someone else, the recipient gets the gift card while the purchaser receives the transaction receipt.

Send gift cards directly — no payment required

Need to reward a loyal customer, handle compensation, or run a promotion? The Send flow lets you issue gift cards without any purchase:

• Choose a customer from your existing list
• Add a personal message (optional)
• Deliver via Email, SMS, QR link, or PDF
• Schedule delivery for a future date

This makes gift cards perfect for loyalty programs, refunds, customer delight, and reward campaigns. ✨

Track everything with Gift Card Orders

A dedicated Gift Card Orders tab under Payments shows every issued card — whether purchased or sent. For each order you can view:

• Purchaser and recipient info
• Denomination and remaining balance
• Status (Scheduled, Active, Inactive)
• Delivery method and schedule
• Hidden gift card number accessible inside order details

Redeem across all major checkouts

Customers can redeem gift cards anywhere the redemption UI is supported.

• Funnels, Forms, Payment Links, Invoices, Store checkout, and Calendar Payments
• Works with Stripe, NMI, Authorize.net, and Square for partial payments or subscriptions
• Full redemption when the balance covers the entire order, or partial redemption with the remaining balance charged to another payment method
• Clear breakdown showing amount used, remaining balance, and any amount left to pay

For subscription products, the system automatically collects an additional payment method for future billing — even if the gift card covers the initial charge.

How It Works 🛠️

Everything lives under Payments → Gift Cards in your dashboard!

Setting up your first gift card:

• Go to Payments → Gift Cards → Gift Card Products
• Create a new product with your name, description, artwork, denominations, and optional expiry date
• Preview everything before saving — the gift card is created on the final step

Selling and sending:

• Each product has a dedicated Sell section with its checkout link, embed code, and QR code
• Use the Send section to issue gift cards directly to customers
• Add gift card products to any existing checkout (Funnels, Forms, Payment Links, Stores, etc.)

Tracking and managing:

• Visit Payments → Gift Cards → Gift Card Orders to see every issued card
• Click any order for full details including balance, status, and delivery info
• Gift cards sold in test mode can only be redeemed on test checkouts — and vice versa for live mode
