When you receive an inbound call through our mobile app, you now have the option to transfer the call to another team member or department. This ensures that the caller is directed to the right person for their needs. The process is straightforward: simply click on the ‘Transfer’ button during the call and select the team member or department from the list provided.
To utilize this feature, simply open the latest version of our mobile app and navigate to the ‘Calls’ section. The user-friendly interface will guide you through the process of transferring calls to other team members effortlessly.
