Managing Instagram content just got a whole lot easier. 🎉 With the new Instagram Post Sync feature in Social Planner, your past posts are automatically imported so you can view, analyze, and manage everything — past and future — from one single place. No more recreating posts manually. No more switching between tools. Just one complete view of your entire Instagram presence.

Instagram Post Sync brings your recent content history directly into Social Planner. Here’s what’s included:

Automatic post syncing

• Posts from the last 30 days are synced automatically once enabled
• Supports images, videos, carousels, and Reels
• Content imports directly into the planner, ready for viewing and analysis

Daily insights refresh

Your engagement data stays current without any manual effort.

• Track likes and comments for every synced post
• Insights refresh every 24 hours so your analytics are always up to date

Unified content management

This is where it all comes together. Historical and scheduled posts now live side by side:

• View past posts and upcoming scheduled content in one unified timeline
• Easily compare what’s been published with what’s planned
• Streamline reporting with a complete picture of your Instagram activity

Clear sync status and notifications

• Sync progress indicators keep you informed as posts import
• Alerts notify you if your Instagram account needs re-connection
• Designed for a smooth, reliable syncing experience from start to finish

How It Works 🛠️

Enabling Instagram Post Sync takes just a few clicks!

• Navigate to Marketing→ Social Media Boosters™ → Settings or use the Connect Social option
• Find the Post Sync (Beta) toggle and enable it
• Allow the system to sync your posts in the background
• View your synced posts in both the Planner and Statistics tabs

Once enabled, syncing happens automatically. Your posts appear in the planner alongside your scheduled content, and insights refresh daily to keep metrics current.

A few things to keep in mind:

• Only posts from the last 30 days are synced automatically
• Insights refresh every 24 hours and are not real-time
• Due to Instagram API limitations, location tags, collaborators, and mentions may not sync
• Posts deleted on Instagram may still appear in Social Planner
• Works only with Instagram Professional accounts (Business or Creator)
