Every slip comes loaded with the details your fulfillment team needs: order info, shipping addresses, itemized products with images, customer notes, and SKUs. Print for an entire order or just the specific items you’re shipping. Fast, clear, and built for the way you actually work.

What’s New? 🚀

A complete packing slip system is now available for all eCommerce store orders. Here’s what every generated slip includes:

• Order ID, order date, and store name
• Shipping address and billing address
• Itemized product list with variant names, product images, and quantities
• SKU for each product, pulled directly from your product configuration
• Customer order notes displayed at the top of the slip, above the items list
• Sender’s address (your store address)

Everything your team needs to pick, pack, and ship with confidence — all on one clean, printable page.

Smart details make this even more practical. If a customer didn’t leave any order notes, that section is automatically hidden to keep the slip clean. SKU values map directly from your product setup, so there’s nothing extra to configure.

How It Works 🛠️

Generating a packing slip takes just a couple of clicks!

From the order details page:

• Navigate to Payments → Orders and select any store order
• Click Print Shipping Label to download a PDF with all unfulfilled and fulfilled items on separate pages

During fulfillment:

• Select the specific items and quantities you’re fulfilling
• Click Print Shipping Label to generate a slip for just those items

The layout adjusts dynamically based on your order. Single product, multiple products, partial fulfillments — each scenario gets its own properly formatted page.

A few things to keep in mind:

• Packing slips are available for ecommerce store orders only
• For orders with multiple partial fulfillments, each fulfillment generates its own page
• Billing and shipping addresses currently display the same value — separate billing address support is coming soon
