How Do I Check And Manage My Subscriptions?

Accessing and managing your subscriptions through our client area ensures you have full control over the services we provide. This guide will walk you through the process of checking your subscriptions, alongside the benefits of using this feature.

• Stay Informed: Keep track of active, cancelled, or expired subscriptions, ensuring you always know the status of your services.
• Flexibility: Easily upgrade packages or change payment methods to suit your needs.
• Seamless Management: Quickly resubscribe to services that have been cancelled or expired with just a few clicks.

How to Access the Subscriptions Page #

You can access the subscriptions page in three ways:

1. Account Shortcuts:
   • On the homepage, find the Account Shortcuts section.
   • Click on the Subscriptions box.
2. Left Side Menu:
   • Hover over the My Account button.
   • Click on Subscriptions in the submenu.
3. Top Bar Menu:
   • Hover over your name in the top bar.
   • Select Subscriptions from the menu that appears.

Viewing and Managing Subscriptions #

Once on the Subscriptions page, you can view detailed information and perform various actions:

1. View Subscription Details:
   • Click the View button next to the subscription you wish to examine. This will take you to the Subscription Details page where you can manage your subscription.
2. Change Payment Method:
   • In the Subscription Details page, use the Change Payment button located in the Subscription ID table to update your payment details.
3. Upgrade Package:
   • In the Subscription Details page, Click the Upgrade Package button in the Subscription totals table to enhance your service package.
4. View Related Products:
   • In the Subscription Details page, Click the View button in the Related orders table to see products linked to your subscription.
5. Resubscribe:
   • In the Subscription Details page, click the Resubscribe button in the Subscription ID table to renew your service.
     Note: When a subscription is cancelled or expired the Change Payment button gets replaced with the Resubscribe button.

By regularly checking and managing your subscriptions, you can ensure that your services are always aligned with your current needs and preferences, providing you with the flexibility and control to optimize your experience with us.
