Content Formats Accepted

Content is one of the most important aspects of your website, therefore it must be given the time and attention it requires. In order to help us produce custom content for your website project, there may be additional content or multimedia you may need to send to us. We’ve outlined all of the content related details below which will answer most of your questions and allow us to deliver your project on time and on budget.

Electronic Formats Accepted

Text: Microsoft Word (.doc, .docx), Plain Text (.txt)

Images: .png, .jpg, .jpeg, .gif (also stock image links from www.depositphotos.com)

Videos: .mp4, .mov, .wmv (Online Video links from YouTube, Vimeo or other video hosting services are preferred)

Presentations: Power Point (.ppt or .pptx), Microsoft Excel (.xls, .xlsx), PDF (.pdf)

Delivery Procedure & Terms

• The delivery of all related website content should be compressed (.zip or .rar file) (Watch Tutorial) and uploaded or sent to your Project Manager.
• Drawings or diagrams will be accepted as long as they are scanned and converted to an image or .pdf format. Hand-written notes or paper images for content will not be accepted.
• Website delivery will not be extended due to the client’s failure to provide content by the due date.
• Content is required to construct the layout of the website; therefore content cannot be dropped in at the last minute.
• If content is not delivered by the due date, Xtreme will provide industry-related text and images.
• Client will be able to update the text online anytime through the CMS editor.
