How Do I Mange My Payment Methods?

Our client area provides a convenient way to manage your payment methods, ensuring seamless transactions and uninterrupted services. This guide will walk you through accessing and managing your payment methods, as well as the benefits of this feature.

Benefits of Managing Your Payment Methods #

• Efficient Transactions: Easily manage and update payment information to ensure smooth and timely payments.
• Flexibility: Add multiple payment methods and select your preferred default for convenience.
• Security: Safely store and manage your payment details in one centralized location.

How to Access the Payment Methods Page #

You can access the payment methods page in two ways:

1. Account Shortcuts:
   • On the homepage, locate the Account Shortcuts section.
   • Click on the Payment Methods box.
2. Top Bar Menu:
   • Hover over your name in the top bar.
   • Select Payment Methods from the menu that appears.

Managing Your Payment Methods #

Once on the Payment Methods page, you can perform the following actions:

1. Add New Payment Methods:
   • Click the Add Payment Method button located under the payment methods list.
   • A pop-up will appear; fill out the new card information.
   • Save the new payment method by clicking the Add Payment Method button.
2. Delete Payment Method:
   • Click the Delete button next to the corresponding payment method in the list to remove it.
3. Make Payment Method Default:
   • Click the Default button next to the corresponding payment method to set it as the default option.

Additional Steps for Xtreme Addons #

If you have domains and/or emails with us, you’ll also need to update your payment method on the Xtreme Addons site:

1. Accessing Payment Methods on Xtreme Addons:
   • In the main menu, click Billing.
   • Select Payment Methods from the submenu.
2. Add New Credit Card:
   • Press the Add New Credit Card button.
   • Fill out the information for the new payment method.
   • Save changes by clicking the Save Changes button.
