How to add an email signature

TO THIS:

It is always recommended that you add a professional email signature so it shows below every email you send.
We recommend this tool for a professional look > (we use this ourselves)

TIPS TO CONSIDER:

  • Include your picture, people like to see who they are dealing with. It instills trust in you. (make it professional)
  • Inlcude a Call to Action (CTA). Ex: Schedule an Appointment, Call for a free review
  • Include the colors of your brand to keep it consistent with your logo and website
  • Only include social media links if you have more than 3. If not include a trust seal logo of some type
  • Keep the design/layout consistent across the rest of the team’s signatures

Once you create your new professional signature simply copy the code and go to  Settings > Mail > Signatures > “Add New Signature”
