Your website images were added and configured by professional web designers, therefore there is no need for you to change any images. It is recommended to make image changes only in the following circumstances:

• Contact Info Changes (team photo)
• Company-related images (better quality)
• Gallery/Portfolio Images (add new ones and delete old ones)
• Update royalty free image with a company-specific image

How do I browse different pages on my website?

On the top left, you will see a page switcher that allows you to navigate all your website pages. Please note that your website menu is locked to prevent layout changes. If you need to add more pages or update the menu, please contact support to get professional help.

What is the format recommended to upload?

We recommend uploading images in .jpg or .png formats for optimal quality and compatibility with our simple image editor. Although we accept all common image formats, using an image converter can help ensure your files are in the preferred format. You can use this free file converter if needed. Make sure your images are high quality to avoid pixelation and maintain a professional appearance.

Can I add royalty-free images?

Yes, you can add royalty-free images easily. Simply click on an image, click on “Replace” and select “Free Images” from the dropdown menu and search using a keyword. These images come at no cost and can enhance your store’s visual appeal without any licensing concerns.

Can I modify the image style/design?

Yes, although editing an image element design/style is not recommended as image elements were carefully configured for your entire site. If you click on an image, you will see a tab called “Design” – there you will see several professional image editing options to make your images pop, such as “Layout, Style, Animation, and Spacing”. Please note that these options are advanced and should only be modified if you know what you are doing to maintain symmetry and congruency across your site.

Is the same image library used throughout the site?

Yes, the same text editor is used for blog posts, e-commerce, dynamic content, and more. When accessed, you will be able to browse from previously uploaded images, documents, and royalty-free images.

Can I edit an image in my library?

Yes, if you click on an image, you will see an “Edit” button. A new popup will open up with your image and several image editing options at the bottom. Learn More.

Can I add a new image area?

Modifying and adding elements can create glitching if done wrong. To maintain your website in working order we have removed that action. If you need to add more page content or more pages, please contact support to get professional help.

Is it possible to change the layout?
