Importing, Exporting, and Updating Product Data with CSV

Efficiently managing your product inventory in Turnkey eCommerce™ involves importing, exporting, and updating products, including handling variations. These actions can help maintain accuracy and save time when managing large inventories.

Importing Products #

1. Prepare Your Data:
   • Create a CSV file with necessary product details such as name, description, price, SKU, and any variations.
2. Access Store Management:
   • In the side panel, click Sell Online, then choose Store Management.
3. Download CSV Template:
   • Click Manage Products and select Export Products.
   • Click Download our CSV template for a structured format to fill in your product data.
4. Import Products:
   • Select the option to Import Products.
   • Upload your completed CSV file, ensuring the fields are accurately mapped.
   • Click Import to add the products to your store.

   Note: Be cautious with special characters outside the Latin alphabet, as they may cause issues during the import process.

Exporting Products #

1. Access Store Management:
   • In the side panel, click Sell Online, then choose Store Management.
2. Export Products:
   • Click Manage Products.
   • Select the option to Export Products.
   • Choose the data fields you wish to export, including product variations.
   • Click Export to download a CSV file containing your product data.

Updating Products #

1. Prepare Update File:
   • Use a CSV file to list the products you want to update, including their SKUs and variations for identification.
2. Access Store Management:
   • In the side panel, click Sell Online, then select Store Management.
3. Update Products:
   • Click Manage Products.
   • Choose the option to Update Products.
   • Upload the CSV file and ensure fields are correctly mapped.
   • Click Update to apply changes.
