Multi-Language Module Overview

Translate Feature

The translate widget on websites is not commonly used anymore since Google Chrome allowed users to translate every page to their language, however there are some cases where a translate option would benefit the site.

Frequently Asked Questions #

When should I add/use a translate option?

When the majority of your audience speaks other language and you want to appeal to them and attract more customers like them.

How many languages can I offer to translate?

There are no limit to the number of languages you can offer, however we recommend only adding the language(s) that the majority of your audience speaks.

Who will provide the translation?

We use Google’s Artificial Intelligence (AI) to automatically translate the entire content of the website. Because of this, we only add this feature when your website is fully completed and it is ready to launch.

I realize the translation is not perfect, can I correct it?

Yes, because the translation is done by a machine (very advanced AI), there could be some errors. The accuracy of Google Translate has greatly evolved over the years and will continue to do so in the future.

Will there be different versions of the website?

Yes, each page of your site will have a different version for each language. For example, this way you can edit the Spanish version of the page, without changing the content of the Engish version of the same page.

Can I edit the SEO of each language?

Yes! You will be able to boost your website SEO ranking with language-specific URLs and the ability to edit the meta description, title and keywords in the language you choose.

There are some parts of my site that did not get translated, why?

Most of the content of your website will be automatically transalted, however there may be some sections that would have to be transalted manually. This sections include some HTML sections and the blog, which does not offer content translation.
