Managing contacts efficiently is crucial to maintaining a smooth workflow. The Contacts module on the mobile app provides a seamless experience by centralizing all your essential contact information and actions in one place. This module allows for faster, simpler, and more organized management of your contacts, helping you stay productive and connected.
In the Mobile app, click on the People icon to access all the Contacts within your CRM.
Easily view contact details like name, phone number, and email at a glance.
Long-press on a contact’s tile to quickly perform actions like copying and sharing contact details without having to open the contact’s full profile.
View all important details about your contacts on a single screen, eliminating the need to navigate multiple pages. All the information you need is right there at your fingertips.
Click the three-dotted button to quickly Edit, Share, and Delete contact.
Use the Assign Owner button to assign the contact to a specific User within the CRM.
Easily place calls, send SMS and Emails, book meetings, and charge customers.
Use these tabs to navigate through different sections of contact information and make updates as needed.
Toggle on to hide empty fields, ensuring only relevant and populated fields are visible for better organization.
Click the Lightning button on the bottom right side of your screen to access the quick actions menu.
