Start by selecting the “Contacts” tab from the main menu. Here, you’ll find a list of your contacts. Choose the contact you want to schedule an appointment with by clicking on their name. This will open their contact details.
Once you’re in the contact’s details, you will see the option to add a new appointment in the “Appointments” panel.
Here’s a breakdown of the options you’ll encounter:
Select the calendar on which you would like to book the appointment. This is crucial for organizing your appointments effectively.
Assign a title and description for the appointment. If left blank, the default title and description from the calendar settings will be used.
Select the preferred team member from the dropdown menu, if applicable. If no team member is selected, the calendar will automatically assign a user according to the calendar settings.
Add other contacts to the appointment as guests if necessary.
Ensure that the time zone is considered to ensure that the appointment is booked at the agreed time and that follow-up communications are sent at the appropriate time.
Pick the date for your appointment from the calendar dropdown. The system automatically hides unavailable days based on your settings.
Select from the available time slots for the chosen day. Unavailable times are not displayed for your convenience.
Specify a meeting location or allow the default location from the calendar settings to be used.
Indicate whether the appointment is confirmed or unconfirmed.
