To simplify this process, users can export certificate data as a CSV file, allowing for easy access and organization. With flexible date range filtering and structured data formatting, this feature ensures efficiency in record management.
To get started, navigate to Memberships > Certificates > Issued Certificate. This section provides a comprehensive overview of all certificates issued within your CRM.
Use the date filter to specify the time frame for the certificate data you want to export. This ensures you retrieve only the necessary information.
Locate the Export Data button next to the search by title field and click it to begin the export process.
In the popup, click the Download button to complete the process.
