How are usage-based services charged?

To facilitate payments, our Wallet feature allows you to add a bulk amount of money to your account in a single transaction, which is then converted into credits. These credits are used when you access services that incur costs. If your wallet credits drop below a predetermined threshold (which you can set), your default credit card will be automatically charged to replenish your credits, ensuring uninterrupted access to paid services. Am I Charged for Unanswered Calls?

What is the pricing for other countries outside the USA?

This pricing is both for the local and toll-free numbers. For all the other countries, the pricing will also be based on Twilio’s pricing.

What can I do to avoid charges related to call recording storage?

To avoid getting charged for call recordings done earlier, you can request to delete all call recordings. To avoid getting charged for future call recordings, you can choose to disable call recordings.
