Course Revoke Offer Action

The Course Revoke Offer workflow action allows you to remove a contact’s access from a particular course product. This action is particularly useful in situations where contacts should be removed from a product after gaining/losing access to another related product or offer. 

Relevant triggers for this situation include “Offer Access Granted/Removed,” “Product Access Granted/Removed,” and “Tag Added/Removed.” Select the trigger that best aligns with your requirements from the available options in the Triggers list. Note that the action is not limited to the aforementioned triggers.

To initiate the process of removing access, start by clicking on the + symbol to add a new workflow action and select Course Revoke Offer from the list.

Rename your workflow action, if required.

Offer #

Next, select the desired offer from the drop-down menu to which you want to revoke contact access within this specific workflow. 

Review your choice, then click the Save button to add the action to your workflow.
