Before diving into the specifics of how to delete an affiliate, it is essential to recognize its benefits and impact on affiliate program management. With this feature, managing your affiliate network is more simplified, allowing you to efficiently delete affiliates and all associated data, including leads, customers, commissions, and payouts. This ensures a comprehensive cleanup of your affiliate records, helping maintain a well-organized program. Additionally, the feature gives you greater control, empowering you to make decisive actions by removing affiliates who no longer align with your program’s objectives.
To make the most of this feature, follow these steps:
From the left navigation menu, access the marketing tab. Then, select “Affiliate Manager” > “Affiliate” from the top navigation menu.
In the Affiliate section, you will see a list of all affiliates. Scroll through the list or use the search function to locate the specific affiliate you want to remove. Once found, click on the three vertical dots located next to their profile. From the drop-down options, select Delete to proceed with removing the affiliate from your system.
After selecting the delete option, a confirmation pop-up will appear, asking you to verify your decision. This step is crucial as it permanently removes the affiliate from your records. To finalize the action, click the Delete button within the pop-up. If you change your mind, you can cancel the action by clicking outside the pop-up or selecting the Cancel button.
By utilizing the affiliate deletion feature, you can effectively manage your network, ensuring that only affiliates aligned with your goals remain part of your program. This streamlined process not only removes affiliates but also cleans up associated data, helping to maintain an organized and efficient affiliate system.
