Integrating your Google Calendar is a key step in streamlining your calendar management and ensuring that all your appointments are efficiently organized. This integration allows you to sync your schedules across platforms, making managing your time and avoiding conflicts easier.Â
There are two ways to connect your Google Calendar: through the Calendars tab or via My Profile. In this guide, we will take you through the process of connecting your Google account, setting up your calendar configurations, and handling any potential scheduling conflicts. By the end, you’ll have a fully integrated system that helps you stay on top of your appointments with ease.
To begin integrating your Google account, go to Settings > Calendars > Connections > Add New.
Click on Google Calendar and select Connect.
Sign in by selecting your Google account and clicking “Allow” to provide access. This process requests only the necessary permissions—access to Google Calendar and Google Meet.
Your connected Google Calendar can be located under the Calendars tab.Â
Once connected, it is automatically set as the Linked Calendar, and the Conflict option is enabled by default.
You can also connect your Google Calendar through the My Profile section. This provides an alternative way to ensure your calendar is synchronized and up to date. Go to Settings > My Profile > Calendar Settings section.
Follow the same steps to connect your Google account as outlined above. By connecting your calendar in both the Calendars tab and My Profile, you ensure that your schedules are fully synchronized across all platforms.
By following these steps, you have successfully integrated your Google account, configured your calendar settings, and managed potential conflicts. This integration ensures that your appointments and schedules are synced and organized.
