The Order Form Submission trigger helps automate workflows whenever a customer submits an order form through your funnel or website. Whether it’s a Bump offer, Opt-in, Sale, or Upsell. An Order Form is a form you put on your website or funnel to facilitate the checkout process for a product or service.
To begin, click Add New Trigger, then search and select Order Form Submission Trigger.
NOTE: To publish workflows, you must establish a workflow trigger and action. Without both, you can only save the workflow and not publish it.
You can filter the trigger by clicking the Add Filters button.
The “In Funnel/Website” filter feature enables users to select a specific funnel or website to trigger the workflow when a form is submitted. When a user selects this filter option, the workflow will activate only when a form is submitted through the specified funnel or website.
The “Page Is” filter option in this trigger could be used when you want a specific page in your funnel or website to trigger the workflow when a customer fills it. For example, by clicking on the “2-Step Order form” Page in the “Demo Sales” funnel, this workflow will only trigger when a customer fills this specific page.
The “Product Is” filter option in this trigger could be used when you want a specific product in your funnel or website to trigger the workflow when a customer fills it. For example, choosing the “Demo Product” Product in the “Test Product” page, this workflow will only trigger when a customer chooses this specific product.
The “Submission type” filter consists of four (4) types, and this will help identify what a customer did during the checkout process;
Once you’ve set up your filters and reminders, click “Save Trigger” to finalize your order form workflow.Â
NOTE: You can add workflow actions to automate tasks such as notifications, follow-ups, or account updates.Â
Once you’ve set up the trigger and its actions, Publish and Save the workflow to enable its functionality.
This trigger makes it easy to set up workflows that match your goals. By adding filters, you can ensure the right actions happen at the right time, helping you deliver a better customer experience while keeping things running smoothly.
