This guide will show you how to set up and customize automated payment workflows using Stripe within your CRM.
To get started Navigate to Payments > Integrations. In the integrations section select Stripe. Follow the prompts to connect your existing Stripe account to the CRM. This step is essential for the automated payment feature to function.
With Stripe integration in place, the next step is to set up automated payment triggers. These triggers allow you to automate billing processes, such as charging for appointments or specific actions within the CRM.
Go to the Automation > Workflows > + Create Workflow section within your CRM.
Click on the option to add a trigger. Name it appropriately, for example, “Appointment Status is Confirmed”, and set the Filter to Appointment Status is Confirmed. Specify the conditions under which the payment should be triggered. For instance, you can set it to activate when an appointment is Confirmed.
In the workflow actions, select the option for a Stripe one-time charge. You must input the customer ID from Stripe (usually starting with “cus_”) and define the charge amount, and the currency, such as $100 for an appointment booking.
Make sure to Save the Action.
