Product Started Trigger

The Product Started trigger is a powerful workflow tool that enables businesses to monitor when customers start accessing a product, automating processes that enhance user experience and streamline operations. This trigger becomes active when a customer starts their access to a specific product, subsequently initiating the designated workflow.

Adding the Product Started Trigger #

To configure the Product Started trigger, click on the Add New Trigger button, search, and choose the Product Started option from the available selections.

Filters #

Select Product #

Further customization can be made by adding filters and selecting Product from the Standard Fields section of the dropdown menu, adding the Operator (“Is any of” or “Is none of”), and then followed by selecting the specific product from the third dropdown menu.

Once all filters have been selected, users can save the trigger by clicking on the Save Trigger button located in the bottom right corner.

NOTE: You can Add Actions to the workflow that suit your desired automation.

 Publish and Save the workflow to activate its functions.

By implementing this trigger, businesses can effectively monitor and manage product access completion, streamlining the process and ensuring an improved customer experience.
