Accessing the Media Storage #

The Media Storage is a centralized repository for hosting your brand’s media resources. This consolidation allows for efficient management of assets, eliminating the need for a cluttered desktop and enabling access to your resources from anywhere.

Begin by accessing the Media Storage on the left-side panel of your CRM. 

Below is a breakdown of supported media formats and their respective file size limits:

Image Formats #

• PNG (.png)
• JPEG (.jpg, .jpeg, .jfif, .pjpeg, .pjp)
• TIFF/X-TIFF (.tif, .tiff)
• WEBP (.webp)
• SVG (.svg)
• ICON (.ico, .cur)
• GIF (.gif)

Document Formats #

• Note: Add a File Upload custom field to allow contacts to share files.
