Workflow Recipes are pre-designed templates that offer a starting point for creating workflows within the CRM. These templates are crafted to cover a wide range of business needs, from appointment booking to long-term customer nurture. The beauty of Workflow Recipes lies in their flexibility; while they provide a solid foundation, they can be fully customized to meet your specific requirements.
To start, navigate to Automation > Workflows > +Create workflow > Select a Recipe.
Browse the list of available Recipes and select one that matches your business needs. Clicking on a Recipe will load the template into the Workflow builder.
Modify the template by adding or removing steps, adjusting conditions, and tailoring messages to fit your brand voice and objectives.
After customizing, click “Save.” To activate it, switch the Workflow from Draft to Published mode.
