Email Reporting

The Email section provides a detailed analysis of email campaign performance for individual agents or users. This includes key metrics such as the total number of emails sent and percentages for Sent, Opened, Clicked, and Replied rates. These insights enable you to evaluate the effectiveness and engagement levels of your team’s email campaigns, offering a clear understanding of their impact on communication and outreach efforts.

Note: The statistics exclude automated emails, including those sent through workflows.

Navigate to the Reporting section of your account and select the Agent Report tab. Scroll down to locate and view the Email card.

Filters #

To view data for particular users, analyze performance across various periods, and/or compare metrics for multiple users, utilize the filters on the upper panel.

Email Campaign Metrics #

Sent #

The Sent row presents both the total number and percentage of emails dispatched by the user during the specified period.

Opened #

The Opened row displays the total count and percentage of emails successfully opened by recipients, offering insight into how effectively the email content captures attention.

Clicked #

The Clicked row provides the number and proportion of recipients who interacted with the email by clicking embedded links, showcasing the level of engagement with the content.

Replied #

The Replied row highlights the total number and percentage of responses received from recipients, indicating the success of the email campaign in fostering two-way communication.
