Making a survey that fits your business interest and branding is crucial in giving your customers a tailored and satisfying experience that promotes revenue growth. The “Option” tab inside your Survey builder will help you achieve that personalization.
To access it click the two dot-two line button at the top right corner then switch to the Options tab.
Enabling this option will create a contact with the information collected, even if the customer didn’t finish filling out the survey.
Here you will set what happens when your survey is submitted.
If you choose this option, when your survey is submitted, the visitor will be sent to the URL of your choice. We generally recommend sending them to a “Thank You” page.
If you choose this option, your visitor will see a message after submitting the survey and remain on the same page. You have to add a message in the input section for this to take effect.
In surveys with the Sell Products element, this option will redirect the customer to an order confirmation page upon submission.
When building your survey, you have the option to “Disqualify Immediately” when a visitor chooses a specific answer. This is very valuable when qualifying leads.
You can choose what happens to that visitor when they are immediately disqualified. You have 2 options:
You also have the option to “Disqualify After Submit” when a visitor chooses a specific answer. This will allow the visitor to finish the entire form but be disqualified at the end.

A pop-up box will open for you to enter your CUSTOM JAVASCRIPT / HTML.
Those are the basis of how your Options work inside the Survey builder, now you can tailor the survey details to your needed specifications ensuring they are functional, branded, and satisfactory for you and your customers!
