The “Edit Conversation” action allows users to automate the process of marking conversations as read/unread or archiving/unarchiving, eliminating the need for manual intervention once a specific event triggers the workflow.
In a workflow, add your preferred trigger, then click the “+” icon to search and add the Edit Conversation action.
Update the name of the action to display its intended purpose.
You can also automate the process of archiving or unarchiving a conversation to better organize your contacts.
Once you are satisfied with your configuration, save the action then publish the workflow to activate it! Each subsequent contact that is added to the workflow will be updated according to your changes.
By utilizing the “Edit Conversation” action within your workflows, you can automate these important steps, eliminating the need for manual updates and improving the efficiency of your communication processes.
