2 Factor Authentication

Our system uses 2 Factor Authentication to keep our platform and your information secure. This means that every time you log into the platform, you will be asked to put a code sent to your email or phone.

Although this keeps your account secure, it can get a bit annoying to use it every time you login, specially if you use it on the daily like us 😉

Unfortunately, turn this off is not an option so what we suggest is to keep your session open and don’t logout. If you don’t logout, the system will not ask you for this code next time you come back. 

Please note that if 7+ days pass or if you clear your browser cache, the system will ask you for code again.
