The Media Library in your CRM’s mobile app is your go-to hub for managing all your media files. Whether you’re uploading images, videos, or documents, this section ensures your media is organized and easy to access. In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to navigate the Media Library, upload files, and make the most of its features.
Log into the mobile app. Once logged in, go to the Media Library section. You can access it by clicking the Hamburger icon which takes you to the navigation menu. This section is your central hub for managing all the Media in your CRM.
To check ongoing media uploads, tap the Upload button.Â
To select multiple items, click on the three dots button and then the Select option. Once selected, you can perform bulk actions like deleting, moving, or organizing files into folders.
Use the search bar at the top to quickly find specific files by name or keyword.Â
This option lets you sort files by their upload or modification date, making it easy to find the most recent items.
Use the “+” button to access options that help you add more resources and organize your media library.
