Products Tab – Stores

The Products Tab in Stores provides you with complete control over product visibility in the selected store. This feature allows you to include or exclude products from specific stores, enhancing flexibility and efficiency in inventory management.

To access the product details for a specific store, go to the “Stores” tab, select the store you wish to review, and then click on “Products” to view detailed data for that store’s products.

By default, all products will be displayed. However, you can filter the view to display only the products that are included or excluded, allowing for a more tailored view.

Search #

Quickly locate products by entering their Product Name in the Search bar.

Filters #

Filter products based on Collections, allowing you to view and manage items grouped under specific categories for more efficient organization.

Bulk Actions  #

Use the Bulk Actions feature to update the publishing status of multiple products at once. Select all products or choose the specific ones from the list, then determine whether they should be included or excluded from the store.

Products Table  #

The products table provides essential information, including:

1. Product Name: The unique identifier assigned to the product.
2. Product Type: Indicates whether the product is physical or digital.
3. Updated: The date when the product was last modified, which can be viewed in ascending or descending order by clicking the arrow.
4. Publishing: Shows whether the product is included or excluded from the store.

The Products Tab in Stores offers a comprehensive solution for managing product visibility and streamlining inventory control. With features like filtering, bulk actions, and easy search options, you can efficiently organize and update your store’s product listings.

✍️Important Notes #

• When the “Include in Online Store” option is disabled, the product will not be available for inclusion or exclusion in any store. 
• New stores will inherit product visibility based on the status of the “Include in Online Store” setting.
• Visit product pages for editing by clicking on specific products in this section.
